By accessing or using Cabelio (the "Service"), operated by Ground Plane Studio, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cabelio is a web-based platform for designing, documenting, and ordering custom wire harnesses. We provide tools for harness design, connector management, and manufacturing documentation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the harness designs and project data you create using the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, branding, and documentation tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground Plane Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
